Subject: Best spring flowers for polinating soft fruit?
Posted: Tue May 10, 2011 4:59 pm (GMT 0)
hey guys,
I love this time of year especially in my soft fruit corner. Had my first bowl of spring rhubarb yesterday and after a year of waiting it was heavenly.
now i'm looking at all the blossom coming out on the plum tree, blackcurrent, strawberries and gooseberries.
And was wondering if you guys could recommend a good spring flower for attracting pollinators. As the garden is a bit sparce this time of year on flowers.
I've got an ideal spot under the plum tree and on the strawberry patch which will be ideal just wanted your advice.
Thanks
DAN
